I first learnt to cook in my father's restaurant in Australia, but on my travels in Europe I picked up a small job in Biarritz in a small bakery. They said I had a natural ability for pastry, so the rest is history.

I went back to Australia and worked as a pastry cook, then went on to college and got my certificates in pastry & bread.
